Coffee, Alcohol, and Heartbreak
I love reading poetry books. They’re quick reads that pack such an emotional punch. Much of the poetry that I’ve been introduced to comes from indie authors wanting to share their experiences with the world and they’re generally relatable. I had the wonderful opportunity of acquiring a complimentary audiobook from Dr. Mansur Hasib for his book, Bring Inner Greatness Out. I listened to his story about personal branding on my way to and from work and his words were inspirational.
Chaotic Silence: Poems
This week’s indie book feature goes to author Cynthia Cisneros and her book titled Chaotic Silence: Poems. It’s the kind of read you want to dive into when the world is quiet and all that surrounds you is the comforting blanket of darkness.
