Brimstone: Free on Inkitt

While my novel Brimstone has been complete for some time, final chapters will be posting this week on my Inkitt page. Brimstone will be available to read for free in its entirety on Friday, July 25th. The story is a dark fantasy with elements of adventure, romance, and mystery.

Synopsis:

Kasdeya Angelov can’t escape the prophecy surrounding her unique pedigree, being the child and true heir to Lucifer’s realm. Held in isolation behind the walls of Brimstone Preparatory School, Kas discovers a sinister plot behind her coming of age ceremony where she is to gain full access to her abilities. Struggling to accept the darkness within her, she’s plagued by dangerous psychic attacks, monstrous demons, and ancient secrets that threaten to resurface.

Before she can reach her ceremony, she must endure Brimstone’s trials that prove to be just as deadly. In a race against time, Kas forms alliances with fellow students to aid in the battle to forge a new destiny for herself, one that doesn’t include the influence of her esteemed father. With the balance between the realms at stake, Kas must make the ultimate sacrifice to protect those she’s grown to love, an emotion she never thought she was capable of feeling.

This is the first book of the trilogy with the sequel on the way. The sequel is also fully completed. Chapters will start posting on July 28th twice each week until the full book is also available. As for the final book in the trilogy, I’m gearing up to write it. Once my WIP, Infectious, is complete which should be wrapping up before the full sequel, Hellfire, is done posting to Inkitt, I’ll be working on the final Installment of the Brimstone Trilogy which will be available to my readers on Inkitt.

I’m very proud of this work and I often liken it to a cross between The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina and The Mortal Instruments series. I distinctly remember watching Sabrina on Netflix and wanting to create a harrowing tale—one that doesn’t get cancelled before a satisfying ending. I’m pretty sure most of us wanted a different ending than what we received.

And while the story isn’t exactly witchcraft focused, it does focus on the dichotomy of good vs. evil, demons and angels. Except, there are various levels of gray that our heroine has to sort through with her friends from all different backgrounds.

If you’re interested in elite boarding schools, the supernatural, and forbidden love, then you may want to check out Brimstone. Add it to your TBR list. It’s free!
